Information we collect. Your name, phone number and email address; the content of texts and voicemails you send us; and appointment details you give us through our booking platform. Health information you share during care is protected under applicable health privacy laws.

How we use it. To answer your questions, schedule and manage appointments, provide care, and meet legal and billing obligations. If you text or call our business number, we use your phone number and message to reply to you. We send text messages only in response to your inquiry.

Text messaging and mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers. We use vendors to run our messaging, scheduling, website and automated-reply tools. They process information only on our behalf and only to provide those services.

Please do not text medical details. Standard text messages are not a secure channel. For anything about your own care or symptoms, call our office. In an emergency, call 911.

Security and retention. We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
